Sprinkles Entertainment respects your privacy. We collect only necessary personal information (name, phone number, email) to coordinate bookings and respond to inquiries. Your personal information will never be sold or shared with third parties not hired for your event.

You may request access to, correction, or deletion of your data at any time by contacting us directly.

We use cookies and basic analytics to improve website performance and user experience. You may disable cookies in your browser settings.

We do not sell or share your personal information. If this changes in the future, this policy will be updated and an opt-out option will be provided.

COPPA Disclaimer

We do not knowingly collect data from children under 13. All inquiries and bookings must be made by adults. If we become aware of a submission by a child, it will be deleted immediately.

Booking Terms & Conditions

Services

We offer face painting, glitter tattoos, airbrush tattoos, hair makeovers, and other themed entertainment for private and public events.

Booking Fee & Payment

• A $100 non-refundable booking fee per artist is required to reserve your date and time.

• Booking is not confirmed until the fee is received. We reserve the right to accept another booking if you fail to submit your booking fee in a timely manner.

• Final balance is due on or before the event date and can be paid via cash, Venmo, Zelle, or credit card.

Cancellation & Rescheduling

• The booking fee is non-refundable unless the artist cancels due to illness, emergency, or hazardous driving conditions.

• Rain is not a valid reason for a refund. Please have a covered or indoor backup plan.

• We will do our best to accommodate rescheduling requests , however availability is not guaranteed.

• If you cancel and already paid your balance, you’ll receive a refund minus the booking fee and any applicable processing fees.

Client Responsibilities

Please ensure the following are provided for your artist:

• Shade/Weather Protection for outdoor events (not under trees). A canopy/umbrella may be available for an additional fee.

• At least a 5'x5' Flat Space (not sloped/uneven), not directly next to loudspeakers.

• Adequate lighting if the event is during dusk or dark.

• Nearby Parking Spot (to avoid cutting into setup time).

• Power Source appreciated for lighting and select airbrush services.

Please inform your guests of the entertainer’s start time to avoid delays. Children are always served first. Adult guests may be painted if time permits.

Timing, Guests, and Overages

• We can paint ~10 full-face designs per hour.

• For large parties (25+), we offer quicker design menus or suggest glitter/airbrush tattoos.

• You may need a line monitor to help close the line near end-time.

• If more time is needed, the artist may be able to stay longer (if she has no other obligations) for an additional fee. Artist will ask for your approval before proceeding.

Safety, Hygiene & Conduct

• Only professional, cosmetic-grade, skin-safe products are used.

• We will not paint guests with visible illness, skin irritation, rashes, or open wounds.

• Crying or unwilling children will not be forced to participate.

• Balloons will not be given to children under 3 due to choking risk.

• Guests may not touch artist supplies or equipment.

We are not liable for stains to clothing, property, jumpers, or furniture. Ask your artist for removal instructions if needed.

Safety comes first. Artist reserves the right to leave if they feel unsafe or threatened. Disrespectful or unsafe behavior toward the artist will not be tolerated. The artist will alert the event host. No refunds will be given.

Photos & Media Use

Your artist may take photos/video for your free Party Album, which will be shared with you. We may also use select images for portfolio or promotional use (no names will be shown and no compensation will be given for photos/videos). 

Binding Agreement

By paying your booking fee, you acknowledge and agree to these terms and policies. Please review your event details carefully before submitting payment.
